Purpose and content of the website

The information and materials on the Website are presented exclusively for the purpose of providing general information on or the promotion and sale of products and services of Delbana. You may download or print the materials found on this site exclusively for non-commercial purposes, for the assistance of purchasing decisions and order placement, provided you do not change any copyright, any trademark or other notifications of property.

Eligibility to purchase our products

To be eligible to purchase Delbana products or services on our Website or to lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Website you must:

• Register to use the website.
• Be the holder of a valid debit/credit card or PayPal account.
• You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or use a false name or a name that you are not authorized to use.

By placing an order on the Website you guarantee that you are purchasing the products in good faith and will not purchase, deliver, sell or otherwise distribute Delbana products for commercial purposes or for commercial benefit. Delbana may refuse the order if it believes, in its sole discretion, that an order would contravene this statement or that you are involved in fraudulent or grey market activities.

Availability of our products

The Website may contain information on Delbana’s worldwide products and services, not all of which are available at every location. Delbana reserves the right to make certain products and services available to specific markets or regions only. We also reserve the right to modify the selection of products proposed on the Website and may limit the quantity of products that a customer can order.

Payment methods

We accept credit cards (MasterCard & Visa) as well as PayPal. Credit cards will be subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the card issuer, refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

You confirm that the credit card or PayPal account that is being used is yours.

Delivery

Upon completion of the production of the watch ordered, we will deliver goods with the delivery option selected by you during the order process. The delivery period stated within which you receive your order is approximate.

We try to maintain excellent stock levels but sometimes demand, particularly on new models and items subject to promotional offers, can take us by surprise and products become unavailable. If this is the case, we will tell you as soon as possible and keep you updated as to your order status.

Products will be sent to the address given by you in your order. Depending on your location, you may have to pay custom duties and taxes, which is levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note that customs policies vary from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information. Please note international shipments may also be subject to cross border inspections by customs authorities.

Returns

If you are not thoroughly satisfied with your order, you can return the Delbana products purchased on the Website within thirty (30) days following the purchase order date subject to the products meeting the following:

Delbana products must be returned in their original condition, in a new, unused and perfect state, with proof of purchase, all protection tags and stickers attached to them, with the original Delbana box and delivery package, including all accessories and documentation. Please also note that we will not be able to accept returns if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.

Please note that Delbana are unable to refund any bank charges, currency conversion fees, customs duties and taxes you may have incurred.

Limitation of liability

Delbana uses reasonable efforts to include update and accurate information on the Website. The information in the Website may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. However, we do not guarantee that any errors, inaccuracies or omissions will be corrected. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that may be placed based on information on the Website that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.

Delbana does not take any responsibility in any way for the technical functioning of its Website and, under no circumstances, does it guarantee the total absence of viruses or other interfering elements from its Website or from the servers providing access to it.
